Morning all, not a very nice day out there today, just had dog out and it is like a winters day. At least this card makes you feel the heat lol. It is for our challenge over at CRAFT Challenge 365 Fathers Day. One of our sponsers is Oddball Art, and I used Digital Image Cute Big Eye Kawaii Silly Chili Image No.180 by Lizzy Love. Just wanted to keep it simple and rustic looking, added the string just for some texture. The sentiment I made on computer but kept thinking I spelt Father, had to keep checking.
Must be my age, another year older today! So we are going out for lunch, cant wait.
Please pop over and take a look at our challenge, some great makes from the other design team members and join in.
Camper Vans seem to be the craze at the minute, so I just had to choose this image. Coloured image and sentiment with Promarkers. Matted and layered, backing paper onto yellow card stock. Decided an easel card would be ideal for this card. Added some gems and a flower from
my stash, quite a groovy kind of card.
Morning and welcome to our challenge over at Penny's Paper Craft Challenge, Our Challenge 279 is Anything Goes, one of our sponsors is Cute as A Button, you can find the image I used here Graduate. My son is graduating this year along with a few of his friends, need to try and find a male version to make. He has already been in and claimed it for his flat mate.Very simple card to make, did not want to make it too fussy, just wanted the image to shine as she is so cute. Coloured image with Promarkers and used Barkley, Paper Pad from Crafters Companion, perfect match I think. Used silver glitter card, for the frame and sentiment. Was unsure at first with the placing of the letters for sentiment, but its growing on me.
Please pop across and take a look at our challenge, some wonderful creations from the rest of the Design Team. Find out below our sponsors and the prizes up for grabs.
Morning all, pleased we are not at that time of year yet, but I do have fun making xmas cards. This card is for our challenge 364 over at CRAFT, as you MAY have guessed its Christmas. One of our sponsors this week is DRS Designs, I have used one of there cute images and you can find it here Santa with Reindeer. Have coloured with Pro Markers, did not have the right blend for his black boots, so my Santa is special, lol.
Wish I remembered the name of my dies. Love my little snowflake die it comes in very handy, it does have Christmas sparkle on it but you cant see it on this photo. Used glitter paper for my die behind the image, getting quite frugal now as cut this out of the glitter paper behind backing paper, its a shame to waste. The ribbon and buttons are from my stash.
Please pop across and join in with our challenge, and take a look at the other Design Team makes.
Here are the fabulous sponsors for this challenge:

The image I have used this week is from our sponsor Lacy Sunshine you can find her here Lizabeth - Summer in the Park. This image is just so stunning, really enjoyed colouring using my Pro Markers, both the same colours apart from hair.

Praline
Pastel Yellow
This image is such a beauty I could not stop playing, she is very versatile. The top card I made was trying to make a scene in the park, adapt to the image. The second card, the papers I used choose the layout. Sentiments I think came free with a magazine. The dies are also from Crafters Companion The card blank on the bottom one is from Hobby Craft.
Can you believe it? CRAFT Challenge is already 7 years old. Originally started by Tracy from Just Tracy Crafts and with a DT mostly recruited from Trimcraft forum members (Hence the term CRAFT Challenge, which stood for Crafters Residing Are Friendly Trimmies. Or if you wished alternative meaning of Can't Remember A Flipping Thing) on the 4th of May 2009.
We have now grown to be a large team of Design Team Members from all around the world, supplemented with lots of Guest Designers who join us for a month at a time.
We have always welcomed all kinds of craft, not just paper craft (unless specifically stated so in the challenge at the time) and are happy to have such a large group of faithful followers.

Hello and what a lovely day it has been again. This is the card I have made for over at Crafting For All Seasons Challenge 127 Add Some Embossing. Our sponsor this week is Bugaboo Stamps and you can find the image here Wishing You Well I used a lattice effect paper along with a lattice embossing folder. Coloured image with pro markers, my favourite colour Cinnamon, which is running out, gave a good effect on the wood. This was really meant to be a manly card, but I could not resist adding the flowers. The sentiment is very adapt and this also comes witht the image. Please pop acroos and take a look at the other Design Team Members creations. Join in the challenge, go embossing mad!!!!!!!!!!!!, look at what the prize is.
Hello again and welcome to our challenge over at Penny's Paper Craft Challenge 277 Anything Goes, one of our sponsers this week is Crafty Sentiments. The image I am using, and you can find him here is Stanley Happy Days
The gold card stock is from my stash, it has a textured look to it. Matted and also used one of my dies to frame the image. The papers are from my 'Claire Curd, The Big One Signature Range' Its that big I have had it for years and its still big....The sentimensts are also from the pad, jsut cut out to match. Used eyelets instead, love adding these. The brown dotty strip is actually just decorative sellotape you get from Lidl, does a great job. I think this image is very verstile, could be any birthday, wedding or just a celebration of any choice. The colours I have used think this card is more suited to a man.
Why not pop across to our challenge and take a look at the other design team makes and join in will be great to see your makes.
Morning, what a lovely day again, day off work so off out today to enjoy this lovely weather. This is my make for this weeks challenge over at C.R.A.F.T Challenge 362 our challenge this week is Paper Piecing. Becoming a design team member for challenges has certainly changed my techniques on making cards. I have only paper pieced the cot, printing that image onto yellow card stock, then embossing to give it a textured look. One of our sponsors this week is the Stamping Boutique and you can find the image I have used here Little Princess. Coloured image with Pro markers, sentiments from my stash.
Pop over and take a look at the makes from the rest of the design team and join in our fun challenge.
Would like to enter my cards into the following challenges:
Good evening everyone, what a lovely day it has been. Well apart from being stuck at work, the weather has looked great on the outside. Was lovely driving home, with the sun shining at last.
Anyway onto my card for the challenge over at Pennys Challenges 276 Anything Goes and Design Team Call This image I used is from Oddball Art one of our sponsors, you can find her here, Bookworm Fairy ain't she cute. Coloured with Promarkers, Fushia Pink, Pale Blossom, Silver Lining and Satin. My first go at a circle easel card, quite chuffed. No idea who the backing papers are from, think its Fizzy Moon, but dont quote me on that. Used my bow die and think I went a bit crazy with the pearls. The sentiment comes with the image, its so true once you get into a good book its like living a fairy tale.
Please pop over and join in with our challenge, maybe pluck up the courage and enter to join the Design Team, we are a freindly bunch. These are our sponsors and what they are giving away to the winners.
